MAMCO uses state-of-the-art technology to enhance its mold designs. Tools like
Solidworks, AutoCAD, and mold-flow simulation software are all employed to handle
tooling, automation designs, and troubleshooting on the manufacturing floor.
MAMCO can transfer files from any three-dimensional software and handles
automation designs on secondary equipment.
Through its alliances with specialty firms, MAMCO outsources a portion of its
tooling design to vendors as part of its “A-source” approach to business. All
partner vendors are chosen for their injection molding design capabilities.
Every mold tool has its own design with its own unique features. Subsequently,
every mold tool presents its own specific challenges to engineers. MAMCO designs
each mold tool for ease of maintenance/maintainability for extended product life
cycles.
